  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • We offer standard shipping across India.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

    • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is Free for All Products.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.


5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Mazia Home is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our support team at support@maziahome.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.


6. International Shipping

  • Currently, Mazia Home ships within India only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.

  • Mazia Home is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
