Diwali 2026 delivery guarantee: every order placed between 23 October and 8 November 2026 is delivered within 4–7 days of the order date, anywhere in India. Orders placed by 31 October 2026 are guaranteed to arrive before Diwali (Sunday, 8 November 2026). During this period, this guarantee replaces the delivery times in section 2.

At Mâzia Home, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping practices and timelines.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • We offer standard shipping across India.

  • Outside the Diwali guarantee period, estimated delivery times:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

    • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is Free for All Products.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Mâzia Home is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our support team at support@maziahome.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, Mâzia Home ships within India only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.

  • Mâzia Home is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
