By accessing or using this Website and the Services offered through it, You acknowledge that You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement. Mazia reserves the right to terminate any account or order made in contravention of this provision.
By continuing to browse, register, or make any use of the Website, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies or additional terms that may be incorporated or updated from time to time.
1. INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions/T&C”) of the Website (https://maziahome.com/) between MAZIA (operating as "Mazia Home/We") and the user(s)/ registrants of the Website (“You/User/Users”) describe the terms on which Mazia offers User access to the Website and the Services (as defined below) through the Website.
The "Services" shall include, but not be limited to:
a. The display of products and information on the Website as an "invitation to offer";
b. The processing and fulfilment of Your purchase orders;
c. The supply of the ordered products to Your delivery location;
d. Procuring logistics partners for delivery; and
e. Providing customer support.
2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
a. This Website is for Your personal, non-commercial use. You agree and undertake not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Website.
b. Any unauthorized use of the Website or its content is strictly prohibited. Mazia reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Website or any part thereof at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users or the Company’s interests.
c. The Website may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, or services that are not owned or controlled by Mazia. Mazia assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links is at the User’s own risk.
3. ORDERING PROCESS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
a. The products, services, and information displayed on the Website constitute an "invitation to offer." Your order for purchase represents Your "offer," which is subject to acceptance or rejection by the Company at its sole discretion.
b. A contract of sale between You and the Company is formed only upon the Company's issuance of an order confirmation to You via email or SMS, subsequent to the receipt of Your payment. The Company will notify You to confirm receipt of Your order and again upon its acceptance.
c. By clicking “I Agree” or by proceeding to place an order, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
4. PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
a. We sell home furnishings, including table lamps, wooden and iron, floor lamps, wooden and iron hanging lamps, wooden wall decor, small decor, and furniture made from wood, iron, and marble.
b. The Company makes reasonable efforts to display product images and colours accurately but cannot guarantee Your device's display accuracy. Minor differences between product images and the actual product delivered are expected. Variations in natural materials like wood, iron, and marble are inherent and not considered defects.
c. Mazia does not currently sell custom or made-to-order products.
d. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes as confirmed at the checkout.
e. The Company reserves the right to change prices of any/all products at any time without prior notice to the Users of the Website. The use of the website doesn’t confirm that all products shall be sold at the same prices sold before.
f. In the event of an inadvertent pricing error, typographical error, or incorrect product information, Mazia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if payment has been received. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued in under 7 business days.
g. You agree to pay the full amount payable for the product, including all shipping costs.
h. We offer various payment methods, including debit/credit cards and EMI (for orders above ₹10,000). The use of these payment instruments is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateways and the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India. The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or modify payment options without prior notice.
5. ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND SECURITY
a. To place order for any product on the website, You need to create an account.
b. You can track all Your orders by logging in to the "My Account" section with the User ID and Password set by You. You can save items You are interested in, using the "My Wishlist" feature, for easy purchases.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activities that occur under Your account.
d. You must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of Your password or account or any other breach of security. The Company will not be liable for any loss incurred due to unauthorized use of Your account. You shall not use anyone else's account information at any time. Each registration is for a single user only.
e. Further, if You choose to opt for our e-mail updates, all information regarding new additions to the Website by various sellers, as well as promotional schemes, will be e-mailed to You at regular intervals.
f. Additionally, the personal information You provide while using the Website shall be governed by our Privacy Policy, prepared in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). By using the Website, You consent to the collection and use of Your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
a. We ship to approximately 30,000 pincodes across India.
b. Shipping costs are calculated based on product dimensions and the delivery location.
c. We endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 3-4 business days; however, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
d. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery, including doorway size, staircases, and lift dimensions. Mazia shall not be liable for failed delivery or additional costs arising from accessibility issues. Installation services, if applicable, shall be as per the terms specified at the time of purchase.
e. Customers are required to inspect products upon delivery and report any transit damage or manufacturing defect within 72 hours or 3 days via email with supporting images. Once delivered, Mazia is no longer responsible for any damage to the product. Claims made after this period will not be accepted. Visible damages must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
f. Mazia shall not be responsible for damages resulting from improper assembly, misuse, exposure to moisture, or lack of care. Periodic maintenance is the responsibility of the customer.
g. Force Majeure: Mazia shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, or failure of transport or communication systems. In such circumstances, Mazia shall be excused from performance for the duration of the event and will not be held liable for any resulting delay, non-delivery, or cancellation.
7. CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
a. You may request to cancel Your order only before it has been dispatched. Once a product is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
b. In exceptional circumstances where a cancellation is insisted upon after dispatch, the Company may, at its sole discretion, agree subject to a cancellation fee of approximately 30% of the invoice value.
c. To be eligible for a return, You must raise a query with the Company via email at admin@maziahome.com within 72 hours or 3 days of product delivery. The query must include a detailed description and 3-4 clear images highlighting the damage and the complete product. Our team will verify the query within 48 hours, and we reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet our eligibility criteria. If a return is approved, the Company will bear the return shipping cost. If denied, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
d. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as a wallet credit, at the Company's discretion, within 4-5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
8. PRODUCT WARRANTY
a. The Company provides the following limited warranties from the date of delivery:
i. Electrical Components: 12 months
ii. Wooden Parts: 6 months
iii. Marble Parts: 6 months
iv. Bulbs: No warranty
b. Warranty claims must be submitted via email to admin@maziahome.com and cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
c. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural variations in materials, minor expansion or contraction due to climatic conditions, or damages caused by improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
9. Limitation of Liability AND INDEMNITY
a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mazia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Website or the products purchased.
b. Mazia’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
c. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mazia, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to Your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a. All content on the Website, including brand name, logos, product designs, photographs, and text, is the property of MAZIA/Mazia Home or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
b. By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback on the Website or social media channels, You grant Mazia Home a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for promotional purposes.
c. Mazia reserves the right to moderate or remove content that it deems inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
11. MODIFICATIONS, GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
a. The Company reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. All registered Users shall receive an email via the registered account of any such modifications. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
b. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
c. Any disputes arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written communication with Mazia’s Grievance Officer. If the dispute remains unresolved for more than thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
12. SEVERABILITY
a. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
b. Failure by Mazia to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
c. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Mazia Home regarding Your use of the Website.
d. Mazia may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or third-party service providers without requiring prior consent from the User.

b. Any communication from Mazia shall be deemed served when sent to Your registered email address or contact details provided at the time of registration.
14. PRIVACY
a. Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By consenting to this T&C, you also consent to our Privacy Policy.
b. The Website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience, analyse site performance, and provide personalized recommendations. By continuing to use the Website, You consent to the use of such cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. GRIEVANCE OFFICER
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Mazia Home has appointed a Grievance Officer to address consumer complaints and concerns. The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge receipt of any consumer complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days of receipt.
