4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted for up to 24 hrs. from the customer’s receipt of the item or the tracking number delivery confirmation. This applies to unused and unworn items in their original condition.
  • Mandatory Prior Notification: As a customer, you are obliged to inform the support team via email at admin@maziahome.com before returning any item. Returns shipped back without prior email authorization will not be processed.
  • Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria, a hassle-free refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

5. Damages and Issues
Given the premium and fragile nature of solid wood and marble, please inspect the package immediately upon delivery. If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to customer support immediately so the issue can be resolved swiftly.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
